The Small Print 

AKA Terms and Conditions

Applicable to weekend workshops referred to as a "weekender"


Included: Photographic services (education) delivered by Polly Rusyn

Not included: Meals, drinks, transportation, equipment or insurance.

Payment: Non-Refundable deposit via RSVP is required to confirm a weekender. Balance payment is due within 30 days of RSVP. Polly Rusyn reserves the right to offer a place to another client should the balance not be paid by the deadline, resulting in loss of deposit.

Cancellation policy: More than 90 days prior to the weekender: 100% refund less a £50 admin fee and loss of deposit. Less than 90 days prior to the weekender: No refund unless a replacement is found with notice to Polly Rusyn, plus a payment of a £50 admin fee and loss of deposit. Leaving a weekender that has begun, for any reason, will not result in any refund. In the event that a weekender is cancelled by Polly Rusyn the client will receive a full refund and waives any claim against Polly Rusyn.

Responsibility: Polly Rusyn will deliver photographic services (education) during the weekender.
 
Polly Rusyn shall not be held responsible for:
(1) any loss or damage due to cancellation, delay, or disruption in any manner caused by the laws, regulations, acts or failures to act, demands, orders of any government, or by acts of nature, including strikes, fire, flood, war, terrorism, sickness, theft, or any other cause(s) beyond their control.
(2) Any damage to, or loss of, property or injury to, or death of, persons occasioned directly or indirectly by an act or omission of any other provider. The client waives any claim against Polly Rusyn for any such loss, damage, injury, or death.

Polly Rusyn has a zero tolerance policy in relation to racial, sexual, religious or abusive behaviour whether it be verbal or physical from any clients leading up to or during the weekender. Polly Rusyn reserves the right in their sole discretion to accept, decline to accept, or remove any client on any weekender. Polly Rusyn reserves the right, without penalty, to make changes in the weekender whenever, in their judgement, conditions warrant, or if they deem it necessary for the comfort, convenience, or safety of clients. The client is personally responsible for being in sufficiently good health to take part in the weekender and must indicate at the time of booking if there is any issue that may affect their ability to take part in the weekender.
