Hey, thanks for being here. These terms exist to make sure we're both on the same page — covering everything from your digital course purchase to 1:1 coaching containers. 1. About These Terms

These Terms & Conditions apply to all products and services offered by 

https://www.pollyrusyn.com, operated by Polly Rusyn. By purchasing any product or service, you agree to these terms.

These terms may be updated from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date at the top.

2. Digital Courses

What you get

When you purchase a digital course (such as Grounded + Calm), you receive personal, non-transferable access to the course materials. You'll get an email with your login details shortly after purchase.

Your 7-day guarantee

I want you to feel completely confident in your investment. If you decide a course isn't right for you within 7 days of purchase, simply email me and I'll issue a full refund - no questions asked. Refund requests after 7 days cannot be honoured, as digital content has been fully delivered.

How to request a refund

Email [email protected] with your name and order details within 7 days of purchase. Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card provider.

Intellectual property

All course content - including videos, audio recordings, workbooks, PDFs, and written materials - is protected by copyright and is for your personal use only. You may not share, copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, or repurpose any part of the content without my written permission.

3. 1:1 Coaching

The agreement

When you book a 1:1 coaching container with me, a separate coaching agreement will be sent to you before we begin. These Terms & Conditions apply alongside that agreement.

Sessions & scheduling

• Sessions are scheduled in advance and held via a video platform.

• Please arrive on time. If you're more than 15 minutes late without notice, the session will be considered a no-show and will count as a used session.
• If you need to reschedule, please give at least 24 hours notice. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will be counted as a used session.
• No-shows count as a used session, regardless of the reason.

Refund policy for coaching

I know that sometimes things change - for either of us - and I want there to be a clear, fair process if that happens.

• If either of us decides the coaching container isn't the right fit, a pro-rated refund will be offered for any unused sessions, as long as written notice is given at least 14 days in advance.
• If notice is given with less than 14 days remaining in the container, or fewer than 14 days' notice is provided, a refund cannot be issued for unused sessions.
• No-show sessions or late cancellations (under 24 hours) are counted as used sessions and are not eligible for a refund.

To initiate an early exit from a coaching container, please email [email protected] with your request. I'll confirm receipt and we'll sort it from there.

Confidentiality

Everything shared in our sessions stays between us. I hold your privacy and trust seriously. Please note that I may share anonymised reflections for supervision purposes, in line with professional ethical standards.

What coaching is (and isn't)

My approach to coaching goes beyond traditional talk-based methods. I draw on a range of evidence-informed modalities - including Hypnosis, NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming), EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques), and Mindset Coaching - to work with you at a deeper level than most coaching containers offer. I'm also a qualified counsellor, and everything I do is trauma-sensitive, meaning I work at your pace with your safety and nervous system always in mind.

That said, coaching is still distinct from therapy or counselling. Our work together is forward-focused and oriented around growth, healing, and building resources - but it is not a substitute for clinical mental health treatment. If at any point I feel that deeper therapeutic or medical support would serve you better, I will always say so with care and signpost you accordingly.

4. Payments

All payments are processed securely through Kajabi / Stripe or via Bank Transfer. Prices are listed in Pound Sterling (GBP) and are inclusive of any applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

Payment plans, where offered, require all instalments to be completed regardless of whether you finish the course or coaching container.

5. Privacy

Your personal information is handled with care and in accordance with my Privacy Policy, which you can read here: https://www.pollyrusyn.com/privacy-policy.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, I am not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from the use of my products or services. My total liability in any circumstances is limited to the amount you paid for the product or service in question.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes will be resolved under those laws.
